Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager questions on workplace policies, attendance, leave, performance, and employee relations.
  • •Partner with leaders on performance concerns, workplace investigations, and documentation for corrective actions and accommodations.
  • •Guide managers through corrective action, performance improvement plans, employee separations, and other employment decisions in partnership with the Director of HR.
  • •Support onboarding, employee changes, job transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes through Rippling, including leave administration.
  • •Maintain accurate personnel records, HR reports, and employee-relations documentation and support compliance across federal, state, and local employment laws.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • •3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with distribution/warehouse/manufacturing or multi-site operations experience strongly preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of employee relations, corrective action, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage-and-hour practices, and employment-law compliance.
  • •Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
  • •Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling experience is a plus); PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
