Job Summary

Build and maintain regulator-grade AI-native full-stack applications for an internal audit team. You’ll own end-to-end products including real-time Chief Audit Executive and board dashboards, CAAT and continuous monitoring surfaces, and agentic AI apps that auditors adopt. Work with a multi-model LLM environment (Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), using AWS/GCP and Google Workspace integrations, React/Next.js, and robust testing and observability to evolve document-based reporting into full applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and evolve real-time dashboard products used for Chief Audit Executive and board reporting.
•Build and maintain CAAT and continuous-monitoring surfaces that auditors use in real audits.
•Create agentic, human-in-the-loop AI-powered applications and drive adoption by auditors.
•Own end-to-end delivery, including deployment, debugging, and hotfixing within a two-person engineering team.
•Propose, prove, and adopt better tooling as product and AI capabilities evolve, without reinventing existing platform runtime/harness.

Key Requirements

•6+ years building and maintaining full-stack web applications in production, owning them over time.
•Strong engineering fundamentals including Python (or comparable backend), data structures/algorithms, and strong SQL and data modeling.
•True full-stack experience from data layer and resilient APIs through the UI, wired into cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
•Strong front-end skills (React/Next.js and TypeScript) and real-time/streaming data visualization with drill-through to evidence.
•Experience with agentic AI features and responsible-AI practices such as human-in-the-loop review, output validation, and red-teaming.
