Job Summary

Deliver instructor-led training for Medi24 across global operations, including new hire onboarding, orientation sessions, and ongoing training needs analysis. Develop onboarding and training programs using proven adult learning methods, maintain and update the e-learning knowledge base, and collaborate with Instructional Designers to create and improve training materials. Key Responsibilities

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Strong communication, presentation, analytical/problem-solving, and time-management skills with customer focus.
