Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver instructor-led training across global operations functions, facilitating sessions in-person or remotely.
  • •Develop training and onboarding programs based on business needs and adult learning principles.
  • •Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring best-practice delivery globally.
  • •Evaluate and maintain training content and the e-learning knowledge base; ensure materials reflect business, product, regulatory, and IT changes.
  • •Collaborate with Instructional Design and medical/training stakeholders to create tailored learning programs and measure training impact using feedback and data.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience as a trainer or in a related role delivering online/classroom learning using proven training methodologies.
  • •Medical qualification as a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Midwife, or Medical Practice Assistant (MPA).
  • •Fluency in German and/or French; English language skills are an advantage.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, analytical/problem-solving, and time-management skills with customer focus.
