Job Summary

Own in-person rider onboarding across the UKI by leading face-to-face sessions and supporting regional onboarding hubs. Target hyper-local supply gaps, plan for peak and seasonal demand, and help refine onboarding processes to remove operational bottlenecks and improve forecasting. Partner with Supply and Rider Onboarding teams and act as a subject matter expert to enhance the rider value proposition, collaborating across stakeholders to keep the marketplace well-resourced.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver in-person onboarding by traveling across the UKI to lead face-to-face rider onboarding sessions and support regional onboarding hubs.
•Secure hyper-local rider supply by targeting and resolving rider supply deficits in hard-to-source areas.
•Manage seasonal demand by executing targeted supply plans for peak and seasonal trading periods.
•Optimise onboarding processes with the Supply and Rider Onboarding teams to eliminate bottlenecks and refine demand forecasting.
•Enhance the rider experience by collaborating with the Content & Engagement team and serving as a subject matter expert for onboarding systems.

Key Requirements

•Proven operational capability in a fast-paced environment (e.g., technology, start-ups, food delivery) or direct experience as a Deliveroo Rider.
•Ability to work independently with strong autonomy and adaptability to changing field conditions and priorities.
•Strong empathetic listening and communication skills to influence diverse internal teams and external rider applicants.
•Valid UKI driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including early mornings and late evenings.
•Professional proficiency in Portuguese or Arabic, plus familiarity with G Suite, Slack, Looker, and Salesforce (nice to have).
