Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • •Store materials accurately in designated locations and maintain organized, easily accessible inventory systems.
  • •Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with correct items and quantities.
  • •Maintain inventory records in warehouse management systems, including performing stock counts and audits.
  • •Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) and follow safety/security procedures for labeling, documentation, and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.
  • •Knowledge of inventory management processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • •Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • •Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods while following safety and compliance procedures.
