Job Summary

Participate in on-site customer work as an itinerant refrigeration technician apprentice. Working with experienced technicians in the Orléans agency’s operations service, you will perform commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, system start-ups, and rental-related services. You’ll build technical diagnostics, use specialized software and technologies to propose solutions, write technical reports, and represent the company through direct client contact on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and system start-ups for CVC equipment.
•Perform rental-related services on customer sites.
•Conduct technical diagnostics and propose solutions aligned with client needs using specialized software and technologies.
•Produce technical reports summarizing actions taken for the client.
•Represent the company through direct client contact on job sites.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, energy, or building services engineering (e.g., BTS MS, FED, Bac pro ICCER, or related equivalents).
•Practical knowledge of refrigeration/air-conditioning fields and ability to follow technical specifications.
•Good command of computers and strong writing/reporting skills.
•Customer service mindset with good interpersonal skills.
•Ability to become autonomous quickly, with rigor, synthesis skills, and curiosity; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
