Assistant Teacher

Support a mixed-age Montessori classroom by preparing an orderly learning environment and assisting with individualized and small-group activities. Observe children to understand their needs, build warm relationships with children and families, and collaborate with Lead Guides to strengthen the classroom community. Help children develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning while participating in fully sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing professional development.
