Provide commercial lending and relationship management, supporting new and existing business customers in compliance with bank policies and regulations. Market bank products and services, manage deposits and check approvals, and lead commercial real estate, working capital, and light consumer lending activities. Participate in lending committee meetings, drive networking in the community, and maintain confidentiality while supporting audit and BSA/anti-money-laundering compliance. Supervise support staff and stay current via continuing education.
