Key Responsibilities

  • •QA new features and bug fixes across the product, covering happy paths, edge cases, regressions, and UI/UX quality.
  • •Build automated tests to cover non-human parts of the QA workflow.
  • •Own, maintain, and expand the automated end-to-end test suite as the product grows.
  • •Reproduce bugs reported by customers and internal teams, then write clear reports for engineer fixes.
  • •Build the QA process from scratch as the first dedicated QA hire and push back when something isn’t ready to ship.

  • •Some experience building or testing software (QA, software engineering, solutions/FDE, or similar).
  • •Technical depth to inspect logs, HTTP requests, and browser behavior, with the instinct to use AI to move faster.

  • •User empathy and the ability to notice UI/UX issues and speak up before shipping.
  • •A degree in CS or engineering is preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
