Job Summary

Own product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap for end-to-end testing, deployment, and infrastructure & cost capabilities for the Card Authorizations Platform. Drive delivery of initiatives like E2E customer journey testing automation (Argus), platform performance/chaos testing, and continuous deployment enablement. Partner with technical teams to define requirements and tooling, serve internal engineering customers, and align to platform OKRs for speed-to-market, reliability, and cloud cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap across Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost capability pillars with accountability to platform OKRs.
•Lead discovery and delivery of high-priority initiatives including Argus E2E customer journey testing automation, platform performance and chaos testing, and continuous deployment enablement.
•Collaborate with technical partners to define requirements, evaluate tooling options, and maintain an adopt-first posture for scalable capability delivery.
•Serve internal customers including software engineers needing test environments and fast deployment feedback.
•Provide platform leadership visibility into operating costs across critical infrastructure, programs, and testing processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or related fields) with the expectation the degree is obtained by the scheduled start date, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
•3 years of Product Management experience (for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any field).
•Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
•Ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience across capability pillars.
•Demonstrated transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
