Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product strategy, customer experience, and roadmap across Testing, Deployment, and Infrastructure & Cost capability pillars with accountability to platform OKRs.
  • •Lead discovery and delivery of high-priority initiatives including Argus E2E customer journey testing automation, platform performance and chaos testing, and continuous deployment enablement.
  • •Collaborate with technical partners to define requirements, evaluate tooling options, and maintain an adopt-first posture for scalable capability delivery.
  • •Serve internal customers including software engineers needing test environments and fast deployment feedback.
  • •Provide platform leadership visibility into operating costs across critical infrastructure, programs, and testing processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or related fields) with the expectation the degree is obtained by the scheduled start date, or a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • •3 years of Product Management experience (for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any field).
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience across capability pillars.
  • •Demonstrated transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
