Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accountability for execution of the ITT IPT, including meeting financial commitments and supporting EAC review preparation and presentation.
  • •Timely identification and resolution of issues to ensure continued execution of the full-rate production program.
  • •Provide leadership and mentorship to multi-functional teams and key partners to ensure successful program execution.
  • •Communicate ongoing cost and schedule performance, R&Os, and strategies for program execution to senior leadership.
  • •Oversee delivery and end-use of production systems for the customer and RTX AAS Sustainment program, including coordination activities for baseline activities, fleet deliveries, and integration/test support.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience.
  • •Prior experience leading and collaborating across multiple functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Contracts, and Engineering.
  • •Prior program management experience in a matrixed environment, including customer engagement, proposals, and business growth.
  • •Experience with integrated master plan and schedule, risk and opportunity management, Earned Value management, closed-loop corrective actions, configuration control, and financial reporting.
  • •Active and transferable final U.S. government issued security clearance (Top Secret) required prior to start, and U.S. citizenship is required.
