Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of release-level change plans, including adoption measurement and change health.
  • •Support Delivery Stream Engineers (DSEs) with local change and resistance management and coordinate training across changes within a release.
  • •Serve as the integration point across core change team partners, maintaining a release-level view and ensuring plan coherence before each phase gate.
  • •Maintain complete, accurate change package artifacts for every active release and update them with material changes.
  • •Provide ongoing mentorship to Change Enablement practitioners in Change Lead capacity and model expert practitioner behavior to improve team capability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in organizational change management (or equivalent degree/experience combinations), including 2+ years as a senior practitioner or informal leadership capacity.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading change management for enterprise-level programs or projects in a technology or product organization.
  • •Prosci certification or an equivalent change management credential (strongly preferred).
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent releases/projects, self-manage workload, and deliver on schedule without close supervision.
  • •Experience coaching/mentoring junior change practitioners with evidence of measurable development outcomes.
