Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage turnaround activities for all flights in coordination with stakeholders, government departments, and service providers to ensure safe and expedited departures.
  • •Track aircraft details, schedules, guest loads, and baggage/cargo loads, and brief stakeholders involved in arrival and departure.
  • •Lead EY and third-party agent teams through the flight departure process, pre-empting and responding to anticipated issues or delays and cascading updates.
  • •Handle operational and last-minute changes affecting turnaround, including offloading cargo/guests/baggage, and ensure accurate load planning (LIR and final Loadsheet).
  • •Allocate delay codes and timings for off-schedule departures, report turnaround events post-departure, and ensure safety risk identification around the aircraft.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to secondary school level (High School) or other completed Diplomas.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, in aircraft dispatch, Load Control, as a Ramp Agent, or in Airline Operations.
  • •Ability to manage flight departure processes and lead teams with a positive attitude.
  • •Experience ensuring operational changes are handled with accurate load planning and documentation.
  • •Ability to identify safety risks on and around the aircraft in accordance with company risk assessment processes.
