Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the creative strategy for Canva's photography and video content, ensuring a diverse, on-trend library that’s genuinely useful for users.
•Drive AI-first approaches to content production: using AI to generate, enrich, tag, and scale photo and video assets.
•Partner with Content Studio's production teams, engineers, and product managers to build tooling and workflows that unlock content creation at scale.
•Set quality standards and creative direction across photography and video; commission shoots, review assets, and ensure outputs meet Canva standards.
•Coach and lead a team of photographers, videographers, and content producers to deliver exceptional work.
