Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety as the primary value by leading safety meetings and ensuring Mechanical Integrity Program compliance with OSHA PSM guidelines.
  • •Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team through coaching, training, feedback, work schedule management, and accountability via Global Performance Management System.
  • •Lead implementation of TPM and 5S and preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime; manage CMMS work orders and spare parts inventory to minimize operating costs.
  • •Forge relationships with maintenance peers across the network and partner with outside suppliers to optimize service contracts and equipment longevity.
  • •Assist with capital projects and facility modifications, providing technical guidance for process stability, capacity utilization, and waste reduction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field (e.g., Engineering).
  • •6+ years of operational experience with 3–5 years in a plant maintenance or engineering leadership role.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and automation.
  • •Proven leadership competencies in agility, collaboration, and delivering results, including conflict resolution.
  • •Familiarity with Lean principles (ELS), OSHA PSM, ISO 9000 procedures, and strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Platform, and CMMS such as Agility or MP2).
