Own a technical domain end-to-end—from problem discovery and system design to deployment and maintenance of live code—while guiding engineers through agile product delivery. Partner with Product Managers and collaborate across Engineering and Delivery Leadership to shape the enterprise direction for scalable digital solutions.

•Lead Salesforce development and manage engineers within the technical domain.
•Guide teams through the full development lifecycle from problem discovery and system design to deployment and live-code maintenance.

•Drive strategic planning and team leadership while remaining involved in day-to-day delivery.
•Contribute to broader engineering and delivery leadership by shaping digital product and service direction across the enterprise.

Key Requirements

•10 years’ experience in systems development and implementation.
•3+ years of technical leadership, mentoring less experienced developers in software development best practices.
•Strong hands-on experience across key Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/Community Cloud, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, and Analytics/CRM Analytics.
•Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints, including optimizing SOQL queries, bulkified Apex patterns, and large-data processing.
•Experience in the Salesforce Integration stack and end-to-end delivery using REST APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials/External Credentials, and Connected/External Apps.
