Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare proposal and plan setup materials including proposal illustrations, trust agreements, IRS determination reporting, and census/plan information.
  • •Interpret plan provisions and product rules to process requests in line with Plan and Legal requirements.
  • •Manage customer workflows to meet service level agreements and proactively improve processes using lean methodology.
  • •Research and analyze errors and customer inquiries to determine appropriate actions, including follow-up calls and de-escalation.
  • •Review and approve requests for withdrawals, exchanges, deposits, annuity purchases, and contract cash-outs, maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of related work experience, including required customer service experience and preferably cross-functional exposure.
  • •Education: high school studies; undergraduate studies desirable; technical coursework such as LOMA, CLU, or ChFC desirable.
  • •FINRA Series 6 license preferred and may be required based on assigned product/line-of-business.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills, including the ability to research, analyze, and determine best course of action.
