Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manufacture dishwashing detergent formulations according to established recipes and manufacturing instructions.
  • •Plan, conduct, document, and evaluate stability studies using standardized test procedures.
  • •Prepare samples for analytical testing, efficacy studies, and product performance evaluations.
  • •Conduct product performance testing and apply analytical methods to assess product quality and effectiveness.
  • •Analyze experimental results and propose improvements; maintain lab equipment, manage raw material inventories, and update technical documentation (TDS/PLM systems), supporting production trials with occasional business travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician or a similar qualification in a scientific/laboratory field.
  • •Solid laboratory experience with practical knowledge of laboratory techniques and testing procedures.
  • •Experience with technologies, manufacturing processes, performance testing, and analytical methods relevant to the product category.
  • •Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to accurately document and present results.
