Key Responsibilities

  • •Set multi-year technical strategy for audit logging, SIEM integration, and security visibility at hyperscale event volumes.
  • •Lead cross-domain integration decisions across audit/telemetry, IAM, threat detection, and platform engineering to keep signals consistent.
  • •Own the long-term architecture for the Unified Security Dashboard and SIEM integrations, establishing patterns for other teams.
  • •Define logging schema standards, event taxonomy, and operational hygiene, and hold the team accountable.
  • •Design systems and data models for billions of events per day across multiple regions with guaranteed delivery and ordering.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in audit logging, security telemetry, SIEM integration, or high-throughput data pipelines.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Expert-level Go with strong judgment on gRPC-based service design.
  • •Proven ability to design and run high-throughput streaming systems (Kafka, Flink) at scale with guaranteed delivery and multi-region resilience.
  • •Solid understanding of audit requirements for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related distributed systems for security observability and compliance.
