Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate manufacturing test flows to support next-generation HBM products and ensure market-ready reliability.
  • •Improve device and stacked die yield by resolving yield-related issues and reliability gaps through deep circuit debug and optimized test coverage.
  • •Contribute to Design-For-Test (DFT) strategy development, including new test strategies that reduce test time and improve cost competitiveness and cycle time.
  • •Support new product design validation using CAD tools and Verilog simulations, including in-depth circuit validation.
  • •Drive cross-functional collaboration and mentorship, including technical decision-making on risk analysis and project prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • •Understanding of problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and explore solution spaces.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • •Exposure to data analysis, statistics, and scripting tools such as Python or JMP.
  • •Strong written and spoken English communication to articulate technical concepts and findings.
