Job Summary

Manage HEYDUDE footwear development from tech package receipt through model-size fit confirmation, Buy Ready, and sales sample delivery. Own project timelines by tracking samples and critical milestones, communicating status, risks, and deliverables across US Product Development, Jinjiang teams, and factories. Maintain documentation in Centric and shared drives while partnering with Materials, Costing, Lab, Quality, and Manufacturing to address quality, capacity, and lead-time concerns.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive footwear development projects from initial tech package and sample request through fit, confirmation sampling, Buy Ready, and sales sample delivery.
•Manage product prototyping, commercialization activities, and seasonal development milestones to meet sample delivery targets.
•Communicate project status, reports, risks, and development/commercialization issues with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
•Maintain accurate project information and documentation in Centric and the Central Shared Drive to ensure transparency and alignment.
•Track sample status and critical dates, and partner with cross-functional teams to recommend materials and construction options that meet quality and costing targets.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or above; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
•6+ years of footwear development or production experience, or 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
•Experience working with factories and understanding of the footwear product development process.
•Solid knowledge of shoe construction, footwear materials, upper patterns, bottom components, tooling, and costing.
•Good computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications.
