Key Requirements

  • •Degree in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience with airborne and/or space EO/IR system test, integration verification and validation, or product transition to production.
  • •Experience with test methodology for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems, including optical performance, analysis, and test verification.
  • •Experience developing and/or executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment for EO/IR focal plane array sensor systems and ROICs.
  • •Prior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system.
  • •Ability to communicate with Test Management, IPT leaders, hardware/software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customers.
