Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end implementation and delivery of Keebler Health AI solutions across strategic accounts, from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, clinical) to meet milestones, quality, timeline, and regulatory expectations.
•Develop account-level strategies aligned to customer goals and manage ongoing account health, risks, gaps, and opportunities.
•Drive adoption and value realization by defining and tracking success metrics tied to clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
•Contribute to playbooks, tools, and best practices to enable repeatable customer success across accounts.

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare operations; experience in startup or high-growth environments; proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and long-term engagements; experience leading implementations or deployments of software solutions; excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
