Key Responsibilities

  • •Fly the assigned aircraft from one destination to another in accordance with the given schedules and approved flight plans, serving as the ultimate responsible for the aircraft during the flights.
  • •Ensure flights are conducted in accordance with the Airline’s Operations Manual and regulations, implementing and maintaining procedures for safe and smooth operation.
  • •Ensure timely attendance, grooming, fitness and legality of self and Flight Crew; conduct pre-flight briefings to ensure crew are informed of flight details as per procedures.
  • •Liaise with co-pilots and Dispatch Team before each flight to ensure crews are prepared with required information (aircraft status, route, weather, fuel, etc.).
  • •Ensure safety, security, fuel, and transit checks are carried for each flight and direct crew on how to react to irregularities; decide on escalations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •ATPL license is a must and you must pass technical/psychometric assessments for Pilots as per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Must have completed a minimum of 4000 hours flying and a minimum of 800 hours as PIC on Airbus A320.
  • •Must pass Medical Fitness check-up per airline and civil aviation authority standards.
  • •Training in safety and emergency response is essential; formal qualification is an advantage.
  • •Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures related to Flight Operations is preferred.
