Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the dedicated software quality representative and primary interface between Nuro and Lucid for the Nexus program.
  • •Investigate Nexus software issues by collecting and analyzing logs, telemetry, diagnostics, DTCs, PCAPs, CAN data, cloud telemetry, and vehicle signals.
  • •Track customer-requested features, requirements, issue reports, delivery commitments, and software quality risks throughout the Nexus lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate root-cause analysis, corrective actions, software quality improvements, and issue resolution across Lucid Digital Engineering and related teams.
  • •Provide leadership updates on software quality status, technical risk assessments, readiness, investigation findings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •8+ years of experience in automotive software quality, software validation, diagnostics, system integration, software engineering, technical program management, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years of experience supporting customer-facing programs, strategic partnerships, supplier integrations, or cross-company engineering initiatives.
  • •Experience supporting software quality activities throughout the product lifecycle, including development, launch, production support, and field operations.
  • •Hands-on experience investigating software issues using logs, diagnostics, DTCs, CAN data, PCAPs, cloud telemetry, and vehicle signals, with strong root-cause and troubleshooting skills.
