Job Summary

Support the Finance Manager by completing complex reconciliations, reviewing and posting transactions, and ensuring accurate general ledger and intercompany reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and build management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership. Help strengthen internal controls, monitor performance vs. budget and forecast, and drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Finance Manager with complex reconciliations of general ledger accounts, intercompany transactions, and financial statements.
•Review and post transactions processed by team members, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with financial regulations and company policies.
•Support management reporting by preparing dashboards and financial presentations for manager/leadership.
•Monitor actual performance vs. budget and forecast, strengthen internal controls, and identify finance process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) and audit-firm background are preferred.
•Minimum 3-5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience (FP&A or audit preferred), ideally in the manufacturing industry.
•Advanced finance modeling skills.
•Strong working knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong written and verbal English communication.
