Job Summary

Support Government network operations by delivering and maintaining enterprise Infoblox DDI services focused on stability and performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot DDI incidents across DNS, DHCP, and IPAM, manage risks, and implement system improvements and migrations. Define capacity/performance standards, build instrumentation and metrics, and collaborate with architecture/engineering teams and vendors to deliver a strategic DDI platform across in-scope sites.

•Investigate and diagnose incidents and problems related to DDI (Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and related services.
•Maintain and manage Infoblox DDI platforms and services.
•Identify and manage risks within the DDI platform.
•Coordinate with Government and technical leads and vendors to implement a strategic DDI platform and migrate in-scope services.
•Define capacity and performance standards, metrics and thresholds, and monitor the effects of system changes and improvements.

Salary: USD 157,250 - 212,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
•Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (e.g., Security+, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, etc.).
•Core DDI Config and Admin (CDCA) certified.
•Extensive recent experience configuring and managing DNS in a large enterprise.
•Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field, or 12+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
