Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate and diagnose incidents and problems related to DDI services (Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
  • •Ensure Infoblox platforms and services are managed, maintained, and continuously improved with monitoring of change impact.
  • •Identify and manage risks within the DDI platform and help implement migration and service plans with internal and vendor teams.
  • •Define capacity and performance standards, metrics, and thresholds, and build instrumentation to manage the environment effectively.
  • •Work with architecture, engineering, and operations leads to implement improvements and document root cause and remediations for complex cross-system issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • •Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements (e.g., Security+ CE, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+).
  • •Core DDI Config and Admin (CDCA) certified.
  • •15+ years of related experience, including extensive recent experience configuring and managing DNS in a large enterprise.
  • •Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, BIND, and NTP; experience with Python and APIs.
