Own and execute the leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income, managing leasing specialists to ensure leads are handled promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for renewals, transfers, move-ins, and move-outs, including accurate lease documentation. Perform local market research to guide rental rates and concessions, coordinate advertising with the team, and manage resident retention through outreach 90–60 days ahead. Collaborate with property leaders to support pricing, curb appeal readiness, and resident experience.
