Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement a leasing strategy to maximize residential rental income and ensure leads are fielded in a timely manner.
  • •Manage resident renewals, transfers, move-ins, and move-outs, including proper record keeping for executed leases and issued rentable items.
  • •Perform and communicate local market research to guide rental rates and concession offerings, and help prepare advertising materials with the General/Community Manager support.
  • •Partner with Community and Asset Managers to set rents and concessions for renewals and new leases.
  • •Manage resident relations and retention, including resident events, online reputation/surveys, and outreach for renewals 90–60 days in advance.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a Class A multifamily high-rise Leasing Manager or 5+ years in multifamily high-rise leasing.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • •Familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon (preferred).
