Job Summary

Lead and represent a De Novo Financial Center in Inverness by building community relationships, driving business development, and growing the financial center’s customer base. Coach and enable a sales and service team using a consultative sales model to deliver excellent customer experiences, manage daily operations and staffing needs, and oversee an integrated book of business supported by Financial Needs Assessments (FNA). Ensure compliance and risk accountability while collaborating with One Bank partners on events and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Fifth Third Bank within the community to create positive brand perception and build relationships inside and outside the financial center.
•Maintain a business development mindset, spending a minimum of 3-5 hours per week on activities to attract and grow a customer base.
•Coach, lead by example, and enable the team to continuously develop while using the consultative sales and service model.
•Support customer and business needs assessment, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and grow consumer and small business relationships.
•Provide oversight for sales and service support, daily operations, staffing needs, and responsible risk accountability in line with policies and procedures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or two or more years of equivalent experience in a leadership role managing a team in a sales environment (preferred).
•Experience in the financial industry and managing a P&L (preferred).
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
