Key Responsibilities

  • •Clean assigned guest rooms or suites to brand standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • •Maintain cleaning protocols and restock usable items (soap, towels, amenities, paper items); empty trash and manage recycling.
  • •Notify supervisor promptly of any maintenance needs or special room issues; handle guest complaints or requests when possible.
  • •Ensure guest rooms are secured upon leaving the room and maintain room safety.
  • •Contribute to 100% guest satisfaction by delivering genuine hospitality and teamwork, and by following the service brand behaviors.
