Sr Manager Sales Acceleration

Build and lead 1Password’s new GTM Launch Team as a player-coach, driving early sales for new product initiatives and securing cornerstone customers. You’ll recruit and mentor a cross-functional team spanning Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success, own initial pipeline and ARR targets, and author a repeatable GTM playbook. You’ll also create a feedback engine to shape ICP, value proposition, and the product roadmap through direct customer and market input.
