Job Summary

Ensure plant equipment and machinery operate correctly by troubleshooting electrical/electronic malfunctions and completing repairs and maintenance. Install and replace electrical components, wire power supplies and conduits, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and perform routine preventive maintenance. Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System, follow checklists, and read blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, and parts catalogs to keep production running reliably.

Key Responsibilities

•Replace, install, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair production equipment and electrical components.
•Install power supply wiring and conduit for new machines and equipment.
•Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine corrective actions.
•Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep production machines operating at an optimal level.
•Operate a Computerized Maintenance Management System and maintain equipment by inspecting components and completing checklist-based actions.

Key Requirements

•LME Certification is required.
•At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).

•Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electrical principles.
