Construction Inspector III- Water/Wastewater

Inspect and enforce contract requirements for major water, wastewater, and public right-of-way utility projects, acting as an Owner’s Representative or third-party inspector. You will observe underground and treatment plant construction, verify compliance with plans, specs, and permits, document progress and quantities, and produce punch lists and completion status. Coordinate with city personnel, clients, contractors, and testing firms while advocating for site safety and tracking change orders.
