Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments, working with a delivery team and a Deployment Strategist to take solutions from architecture through production validation and observability. Develop AI agents and integrations using LLMs and prompt engineering, build data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and deliver performance dashboards and KPI reporting to measure business impact.

•Co-build agentic AI solutions with customers that go live in production environments from day one.
•Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
•Own end-to-end technical components from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
•Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•3+ years (6-10 years for Senior levels) of software engineering or technical delivery experience with production systems.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
