Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-build agentic AI solutions with customers that go live in production environments from day one.
  • •Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
  • •Own end-to-end technical components from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and observability.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
  • •Develop agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.

  • •3+ years (6-10 years for Senior levels) of software engineering or technical delivery experience with production systems.

  • •Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, plus hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
