Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute complex, risk-based compliance reviews to independently validate adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal control processes.
  • •Test compliance with business regulatory requirements and evaluate controls, data, and automation for regulatory adherence.
  • •Manage schedules to complete and document results within established timeframes in systems of record.
  • •Support testing innovation by obtaining and analyzing data, improving program elements, and identifying opportunities in high-risk areas.
  • •Establish relationships with Compliance Advisors and business areas, and support compliance audits and exams as needed.

Salary: USD 87,700 - 100,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in audit, compliance, risk management, control, or transaction reviews.
  • •3+ years of financial services consumer compliance monitoring, auditing, risk management, or compliance experience.
  • •Proficiency with Google G-Suite and Reveal.
  • •Working knowledge of technology testing solutions (Robotics Process Automation, Optical Character Recognition, Natural Language Processing) and ability to analyze data using SQL and Python.
