•Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with agencies and carriers to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business objectives.
•Evaluate agency and carrier performance, effectiveness, and return on investment, recommending strategic adjustments to maximize business impact.
•Partner with internal leaders to align agency and carrier execution with enterprise sales, service, and growth strategies.
