Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Finance and cross-functional business teams to define and develop trusted enterprise data sources, performance metrics, and reporting for business decision-making.
  • •Manage reporting and analytics projects end to end: gather requirements, transform data, deliver dashboards, validate results, and enable stakeholders.
  • •Build and improve analytical data models and transformations in BigQuery to ensure certified reporting data assets are accurate, scalable, performant, and appropriate.
  • •Develop and improve reporting experiences using Tableau, Sigma, and related tools so stakeholders can understand performance and take action.
  • •Support data certification, metric definition, documentation, and data-quality monitoring, and perform quantitative analysis to identify insights and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or data modeling, with Finance or enterprise business support experience preferred.
  • •4+ years of Tableau experience, including data-source development, measure definition, dashboard design, and ongoing dashboard maintenance; experience with Sigma is a plus.
  • •4+ years of SQL experience and hands-on BigQuery experience for data transformation and analytical data modeling, with ability to read, write, debug, and improve SQL.
  • •Comfort translating business needs into reliable data models, metrics, analysis, and reporting through complete, production-ready solutions.
  • •Proficiency building data pipelines with dbt and using Git for collaborative version control is a plus.
