Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, review, execute, and delegate work orders.
  • •Lead a team of two ad-hoc tradespersons/contractors and coordinate shared regional maintenance resources.
  • •Prioritize repairs considering life safety, operational needs, guest/artist experience, brand/sponsorship relevance, and budget/resources.
  • •Develop and execute preventative maintenance for equipment and systems including fire extinguishing equipment, HVAC, boilers, elevators/lifts, doors, refrigeration, and related facilities.
  • •Conduct regular inspections, maintain inventories of tools/spare parts/consumables, and occasionally serve as Manager on Duty for overnight changeovers and high-profile event standby maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.4 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years working in a maintenance capacity in a theater, arena, hotel, or multi-family residential setting.
  • •Follow blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings and carpentry plans.
  • •Comfortably work at heights over 25 feet (occasionally over 85 feet) and regularly climb ladders and stairs.
  • •Perform basic plumbing repairs to address leaks until contractors can be dispatched.
  • •Use tools for maintenance tasks and have experience with woodworking (cabinet/framing/finish), HVAC or residential electric as a plus.
