Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day fraud operations by investigating and resolving fraud escalations, high-risk transactions, and account anomalies.
  • •Handle large-scale fraud incidents by coordinating impact analysis and operational response.
  • •Execute privacy and compliance workflows, including secure handling of customer data deletion requests.
  • •Optimize chargeback and dispute strategies by refining chargeback response templates to maximize dispute win rates.
  • •Oversee third-party fraud agent performance through ongoing SOP review and monthly business reviews for course correction.
