Job Summary

Lead and manage electrical engineering initiatives for Intel’s facilities, ensuring safe, reliable power distribution and maintenance across complex campus infrastructure. You’ll analyze electrical systems, coordinate with design teams, construction crews, field operations, vendors, and R&D, develop electrical specifications, monitor capacity, run arc flash studies, and guide life-extension projects to optimize asset health.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct detailed analysis and audits of electrical systems to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with quality and reliability standards.
•Lead and execute complex electrical engineering projects, collaborating with design teams, construction crews, field operations, vendors, and R&D teams.
•Develop, review, and approve electrical specifications, maintenance procedures, and standards for power supply units and battery backup systems.
•Monitor system capacity, utilization, and performance trends, establishing virtual sensors to identify issues and implementing corrective measures.
•Design and manage work plans for system analysis, troubleshooting, and life extension evaluations, including end-of-life replacement scopes and schedules.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,730 - 198,820 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related specialized field.
•4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, system analysis, or facilities management with a Bachelor's degree. 3+ years with a Master’s degree.
•Knowledge in electrical equipment management, facility operations, preventive maintenance, and problem-solving methodologies.
•Experience with breaker coordination, arc flash studies, and power distribution modeling, Switching Procedures, Medium Voltage.
•Strong knowledge of compliance standards, quality assurance practices, and system capacity management.
