Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop individual project Gantt charts from first principles in Primavera P6 using the delivery programme WBS to identify activities, tasks, and milestones.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to set realistic activity durations across feasibility, design, statutory planning, procurement, construction, and operational readiness.
  • •Define leads, lags, dependencies, and contingency allowances (float) to ensure robust programme logic and identify each project’s critical path.
  • •Integrate individual schedules into a consolidated Master Programme Schedule in Primavera P6 and maintain/update schedules monthly for accurate enterprise-wide reporting.
  • •Review and analyse contractor programmes, assess changes/variations for impacts to programme and milestones, and support earned value analysis and programme/project controls reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls in large-scale infrastructure, engineering, energy, or construction environments, with advanced Primavera P6 and strong MS Project skills.
  • •Develop, integrate, and manage complex project and programme schedules, including baseline management, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, forecasting, change management, and performance reporting.
  • •Develop and embed scheduling frameworks, governance processes, standards, and assurance practices to improve schedule quality, consistency, compliance, and delivery performance across portfolios.
  • •Deliver integrated schedules in complex, multi-disciplinary environments by coordinating, validating, and challenging planning inputs from contractors, consultants, developers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, analytical/problem-solving abilities, and experience communicating executive-level schedule reports and dashboards.
