Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall organization, planning, and staffing for guest-facing operations to ensure a successful event and positive guest experience.
  • •Serve in an event control position and communicate with all departments during the event.
  • •Coordinate ticketing and POS setup with Fever Ops On-site Coordinators and set up of POS systems at each point of sale.
  • •Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and general needs; complete pre-show and post-show checklists.
  • •Maintain on-site equipment and health & safety standards, manage staffing welfare, schedules, time sheets, and coordinate with vendors and facilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 400 daily

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years managing large outdoor festivals or outdoor experiential events (e.g., Illumination trails).
  • •People management and interpersonal skills, with leadership to train, lead, and hold staff accountable for results.
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, including handling stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • •Must be able to work in the event country and have work authorization/permit (or be a citizen/resident permitted to work).
  • •Comfortable using Google Drive and Google suite tools (Sheets, Word, Google Meetings).
