Hatchery Lead - Production

Assist the supervisor in running the hatchery department by monitoring employees and following HACCP and SSOP requirements. Lead and train team members, assign work areas, and support the Embrex process from AM setup through egg processing and PM cleanup. Work in hot, wet, dusty environments with proper PPE, handle heavy equipment (push/pull 450-lb buggies; lift 100 lb), and maintain strong safety, attendance, and communication standards.
