•Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the customer experience platform, aligning plans with measurable quality and business outcomes.
•Prototype agent workflows using modern AI tools, refine prompt structures, and define evaluation frameworks for production quality, guardrails, and telemetry.
•Design human–AI collaboration systems, including escalation paths, workspace tools, auditability, and safety controls.
•Conduct customer discovery with enterprise clients, translate feedback into actionable requirements, and drive feature adoption.
•Partner across Engineering, Forward Deployed Experts, and Leadership to align technical architecture, streamline product launches, and manage cross-team dependencies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical enterprise software, developer platforms, or complex workflow automation products.
•Hands-on experience building with AI, including direct exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
•Ability to manage work autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and lead zero-to-one initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
•Comfort diving into technical details with engineering teams, including APIs, data models, retrieval, tool usage, and evaluation systems.
•Track record of translating complex enterprise customer problems into clear, scalable product requirements and workflows.
