Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to establish work scope and project control work strategies aligned to the project master plan.
  • •Provide project controls support and advice across schedule management, planning, cost management, risk management, and document management.
  • •Consolidate weekly/monthly project and cost reports; supervise contractor schedules and progress measurement; run weekly review meetings with contractors.
  • •Identify schedule and cost risks/opportunities and advise mitigation plans; support contingency management and change-management processes for approvals and documentation.
  • •Own assigned modules within the MPCS project control system, including developing/validating/testing MPCS and maintaining benchmarking datasets, plus coordinating end-user training and lesson learned sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, project management, or construction.
  • •5+ years of relevant project services experience in the semiconductor industry, oil and gas/petrochemical, or pharmaceutical.
  • •5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, cost, budgeting, estimating, QS, documentation, or related engineering work in an engineering and construction environment.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project control platforms including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • •Experience with automation/dashboard tools (e.g., BI, Power Automate) and strong interpersonal/teamwork skills.
