Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that change how customers interact with their money.
  • •Use a broad technology stack to uncover insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data.
  • •Serve as an NLP expert to build and adapt/fine-tune large language models for customer-facing features.
  • •Develop machine learning and NLP models end-to-end—design, training, evaluation, validation—and operationalize them in scalable production systems.
  • •Translate technical work into tangible business goals and communicate findings to non-technical audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,600 - 197,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience, or a Masters degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative concentration) plus 3 years, or a PhD in a quantitative field.
  • •Hands-on experience working with LLMs and adapting/fine-tuning them for customer-facing applications and features.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience with Python, Scala, or R.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience with machine learning and at least 3 years’ experience with SQL.
  • •Experience with AWS and expertise in key ML/NLP subdomains (e.g., training optimization, self-supervised learning, explainability, RLHF).
