Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full-cycle recruitment for full-time and contingent roles, including job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer recommendations, background checks, and onboarding.
  • •Advise hiring managers as a trusted talent acquisition partner with updates, recruitment guidance, and best practices across the hiring process.
  • •Own the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, including intake, sourcing strategy, vendor coordination, onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.
  • •Create and maintain recruiting tools, templates, guides, and SOPs to support consistent hiring practices.
  • •Serve as a primary administrator for Greenhouse (and other TA platforms), and support process improvements using recruiting metrics and dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with complex scaling or high-growth organizations and demonstrated pipeline success.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel), LinkedIn, and online sourcing methods, plus CRM/ATS tools (Greenhouse ATS preferred).
  • •Experience building effective, front-to-back recruiting pipelines.
  • •Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • •Comfort working across hiring plans for full-time and contingent roles.
