Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the site’s Occupational Health strategy and annual health programs to support employee well-being and business objectives.
  • •Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health, labor, and healthcare regulations as the site’s health authority.
  • •Coordinate occupational medical evaluations, including pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work, and exit assessments.
  • •Develop and promote wellness initiatives focused on prevention, ergonomics, vaccination, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles.
  • •Provide primary medical care, emergency response, and first-aid support; manage occupational health records while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience supporting occupational health, industrial medicine, employee wellness, or workplace health programs in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of occupational health regulations, workplace injury management, and employee health surveillance practices.
  • •Ability to assess health risks, analyze data, and recommend preventive actions that improve workplace well-being.
  • •Experience collaborating across functions to support safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • •Working proficiency in English to support collaboration and reporting requirements.
