•Develop strategic marketing plans with the Compass platform to maximize budget effectiveness across branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, and paid media.
•Coordinate and communicate between the design team and agents to ensure cohesive marketing deliverables.
•Organize templated creative work (print ads, brochures) using InDesign and ensure timely delivery of materials.
•Provide exceptional white-glove service to clients and proactively crafting targeted marketing strategies.
•Analyze and optimize customers’ marketing plans to inform future strategies and exceed expectations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,000 - 72,000 annually
