Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and optimize Elasticsearch’s core storage and query engine for observability workloads.
  • •Lead the architectural evolution of storage engine components by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in indexing layouts, serialization formats, and resource utilization.
  • •Drive cross-organizational initiatives to build industry-leading observability solutions and improve logs/metrics capabilities.
  • •Introduce best practices for clean coding and architectural clarity while untangling complex system behaviors.

Key Requirements
